Die Casting

Similarly, for example, our 300watt LED shoebox light length is 60mm, thus we need to use a machine of more than 800T. For die-casting, the more complex the structure of the fixture’s body, the lower the production efficiency. The daily output of the caster is about 300 pieces.
Powder Coating
3. After the die-casting housing is produced from the mold, it is necessary to enter the painting link after shot peening, which decides the beautiful appearance of the fixtures, we use an automatic powder coating spray line and automatic clean, Wash, CNC punch, spray, dry.
SMD Process for LED Board
4. We use the luminous module of the 3030 chip, and we use an automatic placement machine to mount the chip.
Assembling
5. After the main materials and auxiliary materials are ready, they can be assembled on the production line.
Aging Test
